Ledger is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Operations Senior Manager to own payroll, immigration, and equity reporting across our international teams. You’ll lead a team of 3 and partner with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to drive a global HR transformation with ADP as our payroll partner.

This high-impact role requires building rigorous processes, strong attention to regulatory deadlines, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or People Ops in tech or international environments.
• Experience managing payroll for multi-entity groups with variable pay structures.
• Experience with HR system implementations or migrations (ADP a strong plus).
• Previous team management experience.
• Hands-on immigration and EOR management experience.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and payroll tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for all entities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit and improve payroll and admin processes; drive system upgrades.
• Oversee EVP and annual variable payouts; manage DSN filings and equity reporting.
• Oversee HR administration: hires, transfers, salary changes, leaves, terminations in HRIS.
• Manage work visas and immigration for international hires.
• Structure EOR arrangements and coordinate local payroll with providers.
• Administer apprenticeship and internship contracts and related funding.
• Handle tax and declarative reporting for employee equity and mandatory surveys.
