Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (GPIS) based in France. The role is fully remote within an international environment, focusing on setting up and transitioning customers onto a global payroll platform while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, configure payroll systems, run parallel payrolls, and support go-lives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation and knowledge of statutory payroll regulations.
• Experience configuring global payroll systems and HR-process integration.
• Strong data management, attention to detail, and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and maintain timelines.
• Fluent English written and spoken; remote work experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll customers and translate requirements into payroll products.
• Analyze payroll needs, ensure compliance with country regulations, and configure systems accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end customer implementations and data collection for legal entities.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and go-live activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams; support training and documentation.
• Support automation, platform testing, and continuous process improvements.
