Job summary

myPOS is expanding its payroll leadership to cover multiple European countries. The Payroll Manager will own end-to-end payroll, ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance across the region, and act as the focal point for Deel-driven migrations.

You will oversee onboarding, registrations, and changes, collaborate with HR and Finance, and strengthen payroll governance and controls while guiding a team through complex, multi-country payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Leadership experience in a payroll function.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, labour law and statutory registrations.
• Experience with commission-heavy or variable pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end payroll ownership across multiple European countries.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time and compliant with local laws.
• Oversee payroll onboarding and Deel setup for new hires.
• Manage registrations and de-registrations with authorities for new hires and leavers.
• Coordinate payroll data accuracy across HR, Finance and Deel.
• Lead governance, controls and documentation for payroll operations.
• Drive improvements to calendars, processes and hand-offs across teams.
• Provide accurate payroll data for monthly close, budgeting and audits.
