Job summary

myPOS is expanding its team and seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end multi-country payroll across Europe. You will ensure accurate, timely processing in compliance with local labour laws and taxes, oversee onboarding in Deel, and manage registrations with authorities.

You will lead governance, drive data integrity, and collaborate with Finance, HR and Tax to resolve complex issues. The role requires extensive experience in international payroll, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across international, multi-country environments
• Leadership experience in payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, statutory compliance, and labour law interactions
• Experience with global payroll platforms (Deel strongly preferred)
• Ability to design and maintain payroll governance, controls and approvals
• Experience in regulated fintech/financial services is advantageous
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across the listed countries and ensure timely, compliant processing
• Oversee payroll onboarding in Deel ahead of first pay run
• Manage registrations and deregistrations with tax and social authorities
• Maintain payroll data integrity across HR and payroll systems
• Drive stability of global payroll operations post-implementation of Deel
• Lead payroll governance, controls, and documentation
