Pluxee is seeking a VP of Payments to accelerate digitalization of payments and ensure secure, rewarding experiences across stakeholders. You will lead Imagor's payment issuance for Europe, defining strategic orientations and coordinating with partners and internal teams.

Ideal candidates combine Regtech know‑how, API familiarity, and a strong IT background with senior leadership and program management experience in financial services.

As VP of Payments of the Pluxee Global Payment Competence Center, this role will take to heart to accelerate our path to digitalization of payments and ensure the most seamless secure and rewarding experience across all our stakeholders.

The role contributes as Effective Manager of Imagor (the electronic payment institution of PLUXEE) and thus is in charge of issuing means of payments within PLUXEE and currently mainly focusing for European countries.

What you’ll be doing

• Set ambition for the Payment strategy, take key decisions, and lead payment evolution roadmap working closely with key stakeholders, including PLUXEE Global CIO and the PLUXEE Comex
• Define the payment strategic orientations related to the existing ecosystem and the product roadmap objectives
• Define expertise needs & appoint the right resources
• Provide support for innovation watch, and R&D for practical application
• Liaise with our strategic partners (Zeta) to ensure alignment of direction with our payment roadmap
• Manage and develop the international and multi skills team with multiple expertise (project leaders, program managers and asset owners, development squad and architects, compliance & legal referents),
• Coordinate efforts across the actors of the PLUXEE Operating Model (PLUXEE countries, Regional Growth Initiative Delivery Leads, Regional IT Directors, Product Roadmap, Competence Centers) and project phases, ensures consistency of developed solution vs. ambition and projects deadline,
• Manage vendor relationships associated with program management (Processor, card bureau, schemes, other partners) as well as payment technical assets (iTSP, PSP etc.)
• Supervise the global budget for Payment global initiatives, arbitrates and optimize the usage of allocated efforts for maximum efficiency, reduced operating costs, and capable use of our resources.
• Ensure maximum compliance with applicable local & regional (E.U. mainly) laws & regulations, guidelines, including reporting obligations to the authorities
• Ensure compliance with internal Sodexo policies (Internal control, HR, finance, etc.)

You’re a match

• Good skill in Regtech: legal, internal control and compliance framework for prepaid product (including compliance with applicable banking and Anti Money Laundering regulations in Belgium and other European jurisdictions, anti-fraud Card Management activities, as well as MasterCard and Visa Requirements),
• Product- & Customer-oriented with a strong IT background (understanding of APIs),
• Strong understanding of digital technologies,
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills – project management,
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing & prioritizing work to meet deadlines,
• Excellent internal communication skills,
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• Good written & verbal communication skills,
• Very good persuasive & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading & motivating others

Work Experience Requirements

Preferably at least 10 years’ experience working in a banking or financial services environment with large experience in prepaid regulated product,

Languages

Fluent in English.
