Pluxee, a dynamic group in employee benefits and regulated services, seeks a Global Legal Manager to oversee corporate and securities matters, cross-border projects, and treasury-related legal support across the Group. The role sits in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment and partners with Finance, Treasury, Compliance, and Product teams.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in international or regulated environments.
• Strong experience in corporate and securities law.
• Experience with payment services, financing or treasury matters is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in corporate governance and securities matters for Pluxee N.V. and related entities.
• Develop and communicate governance policies, procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to annual report, governance disclosures and shareholder communications.
• Support management of Group corporate structure, reorganisations and delegations of authority.
• Structure and negotiate strategic corporate and capital markets transactions, including equity/debt offerings and incentive plans.
• Promote governance, compliance and legal risk management through training materials and guidance.
