- Expert-level Oracle HCM Compensation experience.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of compensation processes.
- Proven experience on international Oracle HCM Compensation programmes.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Experience coordinating workstreams across functional and technical teams.
Responsabilités
- Gather and analyse business requirements, conduct impact assessments and recommend solutions.
- Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and develop Oracle HCM Compensation solutions to meet business needs.
- Coordinate configuration and development activities with technical team members.
- Configure, test, and launch annual salary review and compensation planning processes.
- Support HR and business stakeholders throughout the compensation cycle.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on compensation-related processes and best practices.
