Evotec SE in Toulouse/Verona seeks a Manager, Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, labs and R&D. You will translate Evotec's CI framework into tangible, verifiable outcomes, coaching teams and building a sustainable OE culture.

Reporting to EVP, Global Head of OE, you will deploy methodologies like Loss & Waste Analysis, VSM, DMAIC and Kaizen, manage multiple projects, and ensure measurable financial benefits while sustaining engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing, lab operations, or OE/CI roles.
• Experience deploying CI methodology and tooling across sites.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and manage multiple improvement projects.

Responsabilités

• Deploy OE methodology and CI toolset across sites with rigour.
• Leading priority OE projects from scoping to verified benefits.
• Develop CI champions and coordinate communities across sites.
• Deliver OE training and sustainment within the perimeter.
• Track and verify financial and operational benefits.
