Formación

• Engineer or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Operations Management and Operational Excellence program management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Fluent French and English.
• German language would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel abroad (about 30%).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute continuous improvement programs (SQDCPE).
• Support analysis of processes to enable safety, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Generate detailed improvement initiatives to deliver savings with Plant managers.
• Provide project support and expertise to on-site teams for deployment and improvement.
• Monitor progress of projects and related savings; maintain reports and data analysis.
• Promote a long-term continuous improvement mindset across sites and teams.
