Join Pigment: The AI Platform Redefining Business Planning

Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data, and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering every team—from Finance to HR—to build, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time.

Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.

With a team of 500+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we’ve raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.

At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo—all while working as one team. If you’re driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of the Success Advisory team at Pigment, you will work alongside account teams and implementation partners to support our most strategic enterprise clients across the EMEA region in driving successful EPM adoption. Your contribution spans two dimensions: delivering change management expertise on complex client engagements, and helping scale the change management practice across the broader customer-facing organization.

You will bring structured methodology and senior-level credibility to multi-stakeholder transformation programs, operating with a high degree of autonomy while remaining closely integrated with the wider Success Advisory team.

What you’ll do:

Client delivery

– Support enterprise clients through the people and organizational dimensions of their EPM transformation, from initial scoping through go-live and beyond.

– Help clients navigate the transition to new planning processes and ways of working, addressing resistance, building sponsorship, and sustaining momentum across stakeholder groups.

– Engage with Finance leadership and executive sponsors to align on transformation objectives, surface risks early, and keep senior stakeholders committed throughout the program.

– Design and deliver targeted training and communication programs that accelerate end-user readiness and confidence in the new environment.

– Track adoption progress and translate behavioral and usage data into concrete recommendations that inform both client decisions and internal account strategy.

Practice & internal contribution

– Contribute to building and scaling the change management practice within the Customer Success organization, including methodology development and delivery standards.

– Support internal customer-facing teams in embedding change management principles into their engagement and delivery models.

– Contribute to cross-functional initiatives where change management expertise is relevant, beyond direct client delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience spanning change management and either strategy consulting or corporate transformation in complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change management on EPM, ERP, or SaaS platform adoption understanding of finance processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation) is required.
  • Proven ability to contribute to post go-live governance design (CoE models, operating model design, process ownership frameworks) not just adoption plans.
  • Track record of senior stakeholder engagement at CFO/VP Finance level, including executive alignment sessions and steering committee facilitation.
  • Certified or actively pursuing certification in Prosci/ADKAR or ACMP (CCMP) a structured methodology background is expected.
  • Experience building structured, reusable practice assets frameworks, assessment tools, training curricula that scale beyond individual delivery.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory (EMEA client base is predominantly French-speaking); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving SaaS environment; able to manage concurrent client engagements with limited supervision.
  • Strategy consulting background (Big 4, Tier-1/Tier-2 firms) is a significant plus.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Visionary leader who aligns technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale innovative success programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of customer success, technical advisory, and enterprise clients needs.
  • Collaborative and inspiring team leader.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment’s growth
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones
  • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies
  • Trust and flexible working hours
  • Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, London and San Francisco
