Pigment, the AI-powered platform for business planning, is hiring a Global Employee Onboarding Program Manager to drive POP end-to-end in Paris or remote. You will coordinate across EMEA and NAMER, manage facilitators and content, and continually improve the onboarding experience to scale with Pigment’s growth.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with the People team, R&D, Legal, Product Marketing, Finance, and Professional Services to ensure timely, aligned delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or an adjacent operational role, with a track record of owning a recurring program end-to-end
• Strong program operator who thrives on detail and can manage multiple time zones
• Comfortable running two parallel workstreams (EMEA/NAMER) with regional nuance
• Clear, concise verbal and written communicator across audiences
• Data-informed: turn feedback and assessment data into program changes

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of POP for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show management, logistics, and post-session measurement
• Keep EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, managing shared sessions and regional tracks
• Coordinate in-person exceptions for Paris-local hires and other regional attendees
• Manage the facilitator roster and vendor relationships and resolve open content items
• Maintain and evolve the multi-day curriculum and support facilitator guides and content pillars
• Own measurement: satisfaction and engagement tracking and capstone AI competency assessment
• Orchestrate monthly local hub socials to extend onboarding for remote hires
• Build operating documentation so POP runs consistently without key individuals
• Partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams to keep content current and aligned
