Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a Global Customer Innovation Manager to lead omnichannel engagement initiatives across franchises and markets. You will bridge franchise, medical, and affiliate teams to ensure global alignment while adapting to local needs.

Location is hybrid with 20–30% travel. You will design and rollout initiatives to enhance HCP engagement, drive CRM enhancements, and measure KPIs to continuously improve the customer experience across global markets.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer engagement, innovation, or omnichannel strategy.
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement models, digital ecosystems, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop omnichannel playbooks, toolkits, and learning sessions for affiliates and internal teams.
• Deploy omnichannel initiatives with global franchises, medical teams and affiliates to align CRM and engagement.
• Bridge global and local teams to reflect affiliate needs in CRM and omnichannel strategy.
• Define and monitor omnichannel KPIs and drive improvements with data insights.
