Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in marketing/communications/digital business.
• Fluent French & English (oral and professional).
• 5+ years in digital marketing or customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels/platforms for customer management.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing and crafting personalized journeys.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, emails, and social media.
• Experience managing websites and Go-to-Market models.
• Ability to analyze customer data (Matomo/Piano/GA, SFMC/Marketo, Salesforce/Veeva/OCE).
• Excellent time management, autonomy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel customer engagement initiatives with sales & marketing.
• Lead cross-functional and project teams including Medical, Sales, IT and Portfolio & Lifecycle management.
• Manage agencies and external service providers and budgets.
• Set KPIs and report on digital performance and ROI.
• Ensure digital tactics are integrated into the brand strategy.
• Foster a digital-first culture and provide training/support to teams.
