Job summary

Pluxee International is seeking a Global Offers Director to transform our service portfolio into a unified, high-performing offer catalog across 28 countries. You will own design, deployment, and performance of offers that serve clients, consumers and merchants worldwide.

The role requires 10+ years in product strategy or portfolio management, with strong cross-functional leadership and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product strategy, offer development or portfolio management in a global context.
Strong understanding of B2B2C ecosystems and multi-persona value creation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in tech, platforms, or benefit services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design and structure the global offer catalog, grouping services into coherent, scalable offers.
Define value propositions, delivery models, and pricing frameworks for each offer.
Lead offer development and deployment in collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and country teams.
Own performance management of offers, including commercial traction, product usage, and financial ROI.
Drive convergence and standardization across countries while allowing for local adaptation.
Collaborate with M&A and Partnerships teams to enrich offers through acquisitions and strategic alliances.
Animate the Demand & Performance processes to ensure offers evolve based on market needs and business impact.
