Qualifications

• Experience in telecom operations or SaaS/cloud communications.
• Team lead or mentoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Number Operations team.
• Manage daily ticket queue including provisioning, porting, inventory.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific telecom regulations and porting rules.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and carriers to improve tooling and launches.
