Jobtailor in Paris seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to oversee a mobile fleet and the corresponding service delivery ecosystem. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring incidents and SLAs, and advising on billing optimization.

You will shape and implement contracts with operators, including international partners, and support Level 1 teams in incident handling. The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow and ATEM skills, with knowledge of MDM and operator billing.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT service management, service provider oversight, or mobile fleet management.
• Experience in a complex, multi-client environment is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and provide operational oversight of a service.
• Understanding of operator billing issues and telecommunications cost optimization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operational management service for the mobile fleet, including devices and mobile lines.
• Monitor the service provider’s activities, including incidents, SLA compliance, and recurring issues, through various governance committees.
• Advise clients on invoice analysis and optimization, as well as device and service obsolescence.
• Develop the service offering: present it to new clients and implement and apply contracts.
• Participate in the preparation or renewal of contracts with telecommunications operators, including international operators.
• Verify and analyze operator billing.
• Support business teams and support functions with their requests and questions.
• Manage incident and service request tickets within RUN operations.
• Provide assistance to Level 1 support teams.
• Manage access rights and authorizations for mobile telephony management tools and workspaces.
• Monitor and correct performance indicators, particularly lines not assigned to an employee, in collaboration with Level 1 support teams.

Requirements

• ATEM or equivalent solution: advanced proficiency – important

• Proficiency in tracking incidents, service requests, SLAs, and service quality indicators
• Understanding of operator billing issues and telecommunications cost optimization
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications operator environments, including international operators, is a plus
