Engineer or equivalent; minimum 5 years in Operations Management and Operational Excellence program management; Six Sigma Green Belt required; fluent French and English; travel around 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Engineer or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years in Operations Management and Operational Excellence program management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Fluent French and English; German advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute continuous improvement programs.
• Deploy and sustain SQDCPE initiatives across plants in France/UK/Germany.
• Provide project support, monitor progress and savings, and document results.
• Influence without managerial authority to drive strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and travel ~30% as needed.
