Saint-Gobain TIP in Courbevoie – La Défense is seeking a Global Industrial Performance Engineer to drive World Class Manufacturing improvements across plants in Europe. You will report to a Cluster WCM Director and lead audits, trainings, and the deployment of WCM roadmaps while coaching local teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operational roles in logistics or manufacturing
• Continuous improvement experience from projects or programs
• Fully fluent in English

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the savings/improvement plan in factories
• Develop WCM standards and frameworks for effective implementation
• Regular communication with Operations Directors & Plant managers to deploy WCM Roadmap
• Deliver Yellow belt and Green belt trainings; coach local trainers
• Lead audits; coach auditors and facilitate training
• Coach regional/country champions to achieve targets
