Mondelēz International in France seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive the future of its plant operations. You will lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability, productivity and cost efficiency while embedding an Agile, zero-loss mindset across the site.

You'll coach multi-functional teams, implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma practices, manage governance and spend, and partner with stakeholders to deliver growth-oriented manufacturing capability aligned with our strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading manufacturing performance in FMCG settings.
• Proven ability to coach cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Strong communication, analytics, and project management skills.
