EY in France is hiring an entry-level Mobility Assignment Services Specialist to support international assignments by coordinating the lifecycle activities, applying Mobility policies, and ensuring GMT data accuracy.

You will work with Talent, Finance and CBS teams, assist with cost estimates and documentation, maintain relationships with assignees, and help monitor vendor delivery while learning Mobility processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of international Mobility processes and policies.
• Familiarity with HR concepts such as onboarding and performance management.
• Awareness of tax and immigration considerations for international assignments.

Responsabilités

• Support inbound and outbound assignments across the lifecycle.
• Apply Mobility policies with guidance from seniors.
• Coordinate with home and host Mobility teams for smooth processes.
• Prepare and amend cost estimates and local contracts/addendums.
• Maintain GMT data with timely updates.
• Provide guidance on Mobility processes to stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor service delivery and escalate issues as needed.
