Coface is seeking a skilled professional to join the Group Human Resources Department, International Mobility division. You will provide expertise on the international mobility lifecycle and the V.I.E. program, collaborating with the International Mobility Analyst.

You will coordinate relocation processes, monitor costs and KPIs, and develop best practices for HR across the organization, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in International Mobility.
• Fluent English for daily communication with international network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; autonomous and structured.

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise on the international mobility lifecycle and the V.I.E Program.
• Coordinate relocation processes and manage related data and reporting.
• Develop training, guidance and best practices for HR on mobility topics.
• Monitor KPIs, costs and vendor relationships; ensure compliant processes.
