Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will guide immigration compliance and support cross-border moves, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth visa and work permit processes.

The role is fully remote, offering asynchronous collaboration across locations, with emphasis on process improvement and customer-focused service. Fluent English and native French are required, with a strong interest in global immigration laws.

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Understanding of immigration procedures and compliance workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated customer-facing communication skills.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and regulatory changes.
• Guide stakeholders on travel and sponsorship cases.
• Be autonomous and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
