Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated International Mobility Manager to coordinate cross-border assignments across Europe, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations.

You will manage contracts, payroll alignment and compensation calculations while partnering with HR, payroll and external providers to deliver a seamless mobility experience for employees and managers in a multilingual, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in International Mobility, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Taxation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in international mobility management.
• Solid knowledge of payroll, compensation packages and the mobility service provider ecosystem.
• Proficient in office tools and HR applications.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare international mobility contracts in line with Group policies and local legislation.
• Create and update compensation package calculations; oversee implementation and cross-charging processes.
• Ensure payroll setup and salary revisions; update reports covering tax, compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate mobility setup across extended Europe, including immigration, relocation, social security, tax and health plan enrollment.
• Monitor and control assignment costs, expense reimbursements, mobile employee leave and payroll declarations using internal tools.
• Manage provider invoices, ensure timely payments and communicate case progress to employees, managers and HR Business Partners.
• Advise HR teams, managers and mobile employees on the impact of Group mobility policies, and contribute to cross-functional international mobility projects.
