Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Medical Event Project Manager to lead and orchestrate global medical events, coordinating cross-functional teams to turn strategic objectives into compliant, cost-conscious execution. You will manage logistics, vendors, and budgets while upholding ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with experience working in global teams.
• Hands-on working experience in medical event planning and pharmaceutical program execution.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (HIPAA and Sunshine Act) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate global medical events execution with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate logistics, manage affiliate participation and vendor agencies to ensure compliant delivery.
• Develop and monitor event budgets, PO creation, invoices, and payments.
• Collaborate with Legal Affairs, Purchasing and Ethics & Compliance on contracts for services and HCPs.
• Provide administrative support to event planning and ensure adherence to ethics and compliance standards.
