Coty SA in Paris is seeking a Merchandising Senior Project Manager to lead the development of fragrance installations and activations across brands, translating brand strategies into in-store experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Digital, IM and Education teams, manage budgets and deadlines, and produce merchandising guidelines while optimizing tools and processes.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in merchandising/design.
• Creative background with design expertise in luxury/beauty.
• Architect/Interior Architect/Industrial Designer background.
• Proficient with Office and creative software.
• Fluent in English.
• Visual merchandising experience at regional/global level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of fragrance installations and activations across brands.
• Define designs, guidelines, and activation toolkits for in-store spaces.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling in-store concepts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, BD, Digital, IM, Education.
• Prepare technical briefs for production and local fabrication.
• Manage budgets, deadlines and asset delivery with the team.
• Write merchandising guidelines with internal design agency.
• Continuously optimize tools, processes and communication.
