Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is offering an internship in Group Market Controlling & Strategy to support the execution and governance of the Group Strategic Plan. You will help track strategic initiatives via Cataligent/Cat4, maintain data quality, coordinate with country stakeholders and prepare management reporting to drive informed decisions.

The role partners with Finance, Strategy and country teams in an international environment, providing hands-on experience with reporting, performance

Qualifications

1–2 years’ finance experience or final-year student in related fields.
International experience in finance support is a plus.
Fluent English is mandatory; French/Spanish are a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and update of the Group Strategic Initiatives database within the Cataligent platform.
Monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives across countries and functions; ensure data accuracy.
Follow up with country controllers, initiative owners and stakeholders to collect updates.
Consolidate finance country information into Group-level reporting and dashboards.
Prepare regular reports, presentations and management summaries for senior leadership.
