Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Analyst to support strategic initiatives and organizational change. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and developing business cases to guide change across the company.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, run quantitative analyses, and prepare leadership-ready reports that communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools is desirable.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate data into actions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across the organization and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities for change.
• Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
• Develop business cases for proposed changes, clearly outlining benefits, costs, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor progress against defined metrics.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
