BYREDO is seeking an International Business Development Manager (fixed-term) to join the Paris-based Global team. The role focuses on defining and executing the global expansion roadmap, opening new doors, and coordinating with Retail/VM and Marketing on launches and events.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in a Luxury BD/Commercial role, fluent English (French optional), and prior APAC exposure. You will work across regions to optimize forecasts, pricing, and assortment while driving sustainable

• Bac +4/5 business school or equivalent.
• 3 years in business development or commercial role in luxury (fashion or perfumery).
• Fluent in English; French optional.
• Experience with APAC markets.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Define the global expansion roadmap in collaboration with markets and approve new door openings.
• Coordinate execution with Retail/VM and International Marketing on openings, events, and launch support.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and market stakeholders to drive growth.
• Oversee regional budgets and sales forecasts, including sell-in and sell-out targets.
• Track forecasts and monthly orders to ensure budget objectives.
• Maintain visibility of the global distribution network (door count by region, channel, format).
• Coordinate product launches ensuring timely shipment and stock availability across markets.
• Review forecasts for existing product portfolio with markets and supply to ensure availability and mitigate risks.
• Support annual pricing updates for existing product portfolio with regional markets and pricing team.
• Analyze performance across markets and channels; provide insights to support global decisions.
• Review and optimize product assortment by door and channel.
