The Talent of Tomorrow is seeking a Senior Ecommerce / E-retail Manager for a global luxury fragrance brand. You will drive digital sales across DTC and key e-retail partners, shaping commercial strategy and coordinating with marketing, sales and finance.

Based in Paris, you will lead online product launches, promotions and optimise content, pricing and stock across digital channels while monitoring performance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Experience in e-retail with luxury or premium brands.
• Strong ability to translate data into commercial action.
• Proven track record delivering online sales and profitability targets.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the digital commerce strategy across DTC and e-retail partners.
• Develop plans to achieve online sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the day-to-day trading and performance of the brand’s e-commerce channels.
• Work closely with key e-retailers and marketplaces to maximise sales, visibility and brand presence.
• Build relationships with digital retail partners and support account planning, promotional activity and new product launches.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, customer behaviour and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate data and insights into actionable commercial and trading plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance for strong execution.
• Lead online product launches, promotional campaigns and key commercial moments.
• Ensure content, imagery, pricing, stock availability and merchandising are optimised across digital channels.
• Support digital acquisition and retention with performance marketing and CRM teams.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for opportunities.
