Job summary

Pardgroup France is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Paris to drive growth in Field Marketing and luxury boutique projects. You will report to the General Manager and build strategic partnerships, identify opportunities, and tailor proposals for high-end clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in a commercial function, strong knowledge of retail fit-out sectors, and fluency in French and English. Local travel is expected as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar commercial role.
• Knowledge of retail fit-out design and production sectors.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Availability to travel locally; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify and target potential client companies.
• Generate new business opportunities by developing partnerships with prospective clients.
• Promote and expand business through upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Assess and evaluate clients’ technical requirements to propose solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-up and account management.
• Contribute to growth strategies and coordinate commercial activities to maximise reach.
