Work with Island is seeking a highly autonomous Logistics Specialist based in Paris to support international growth. You will manage end-to-end order processing, oversee global delivery operations, and collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

The role covers international shipping, customs coordination, multi-currency invoicing, and data syncing between HubSpot and NetSuite. Remote work is available two days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics with 3–5 years practical experience in order management or ADV, preferably in furniture.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is highly preferred; familiarity with Notion, Slack and Google Suite expected.

Responsabilités

• Order Fulfillment: manage end-to-end processing of B2B orders and convert contracts into PO details.
