Driven by business scaling and new market expansion alongside our ongoing growth, we are looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented International Logistics Coordinator to join our team starting September 2026.
Based in Paris, you will be a key pillar in maintaining operational excellence and business continuity. Working alongside Mélanie and Tou-Zeu (Logistics Coordinators), your primary focus will be mastering our domestic (French) logistics while providing vital support for our international operations during a period of strong growth and team transition.
Reporting directly to Louis (Ops Manager), your main mission is to execute day-to-day order management, stock, and transport operations with precision. You will act as the operational engine for our domestic market while serving as a reliable backup and support on international sales.
Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in order management (ADV) or logistics (a minimum of 6 months through an internship is required). Student/part-time jobs in sales, retail, or manual handling are valued! Practical understanding of inventory management, transport logistics, and friction points in shipping (transit times, cross-border/export processes), preferably in the physical product or furniture industry Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory. Spanish is a major plus (a third European language is a win) Tech-savvy and comfortable learning modern software. Prior experience with an ERP and CRM (HubSpot) is highly preferred; familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite is expected Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and a collaborative spirit for cross-departmental work
