Jiga is seeking a Logistics Manager to own the movement of parts worldwide, from Asia to the US and EU, and to do so with strong commercial instincts. The role blends operational execution with strategic negotiation, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving startup.

You will lead international freight, customs compliance, and landed-cost conversations with Sales to protect margins while delivering on-time delivery for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience.
• Negotiated freight rates with forwarders and couriers, saving money on lanes.
• Experience with trade documentation and incoterms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Move parts across the world: international freight by air, ocean, and courier.
• Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end.
• Be the commercial partner Sales actually wants in freight-heavy deals.
• Own supplier-side execution and coordinate with manufacturing partners.
• Push platform improvements by documenting recurring issues and building playbooks.
• Translate operational decisions into clear customer-facing messaging.
