JD.COM is recruiting for an experienced End-to-End Project Delivery Manager to lead warehouse automation initiatives across Europe and the Americas. You will drive project scope, plan execution, and ensure high-quality, safe delivery from contract signing through go-live.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage complex projects with overseas travel. English proficiency and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in warehouse automation system integration or automation project delivery management.
• Project delivery experience in Europe and the Americas is preferred.
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel overseas for overseas assignments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end delivery management of warehouse automation projects from contract signing to go-live.
• Develop implementation plans and SOWs based on presales solutions and contracts.
• Coordinate resources across planning, procurement, engineering, configuration, and training.
• Manage on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and risk management.
• Interface with customers, report progress, manage changes and acceptance testing.
• Organize go-live readiness and handover to after-sales operations.
