JD.COM in Paris is seeking a Cross-Border Logistics Manager - Delivery & Cost to oversee end-to-end cross-border fulfillment and cost control. You will coordinate pickups, linehaul, customs milestones and carrier performance to optimize on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong data analysis, negotiation with suppliers, and collaboration across international warehousing and last-mile services to drive improvements.

• Industry experience: 5+ years.

Responsabilités

• Track cross-border cargo from pickup through linehaul and coordinate with forwarders for on-time dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse arrival, customs milestones, and inbound progress; record transit data and identify bottlenecks.
• Verify and enter logistics costs (freight, customs, warehousing) into the system and perform cost reconciliation.
• Manage cross-border carriers, forwarders and customs brokers; assess performance and drive cost competitiveness.
• Produce fulfillment and cost KPI reports and support operational decisions with dashboards.
