Harmattan AI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own inbound and outbound logistics across manufacturing sites in France, with autonomy to manage freight, customs, dangerous goods, and international trade requirements.

The role requires senior operational judgment and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering, in a demanding regulatory environment.

Fluency in French and English is essential; experience with HS/CN codes, incoterms, and multi-site coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight or logistics in regulated sectors
• Ability to run inbound/outbound logistics independently
• Strong knowledge of HS/CN classifications and imports/exports
• Experience with dual-use export control regulations
• Certified in dangerous goods (IATA DGR / ADR) with lithium batteries
• Experience with specialised goods logistics and packaging
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Own inbound freight flows across sites including tracking and customs clearance
• Manage outbound shipments to customers and events from booking to delivery
• Prepare export documents: invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, declarations
• Handle dangerous goods classification and documentation for DG shipments
• Apply HS/CN codes, incoterms, and maintain compliance records
• Coordinate goods flows between manufacturing sites and drive improvements
