Brunel is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a major LNG development project based in Paris. You will manage, control, and deliver engineering and project documentation throughout execution and construction phases within a global project team.

With at least 5 years in document control on Oil & Gas/EPC/EPCI projects, you will handle EDMS workflows, master registers, and interface with contractor teams across Europe and Africa, supporting information handover to operations and other

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' document control experience in major Oil & Gas, LNG, Energy, Petrochemical, EPC or EPCI projects.
• Experience with EDMS and engineering/supplier document control environments.
• Strong understanding of project document management processes and information lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and document scanning software.

Responsabilités

• Support project-wide document control activities under the guidance of the Information Management & Document Control Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures, standards, and information management requirements.
• Manage document receipt, quality checking, coding, review workflows, distribution, and tracking through the EDMS.
• Maintain and validate Master Document Registers and Document Distribution Matrices.
• Interface with contractor document control teams to ensure timely and compliant document delivery.
• Support information handover activities to operations and other project stakeholders.
• Respond to document queries and status requests from engineering, project management, and package teams.
• Collaborate with international project teams across multiple offices and construction locations.
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and information governance.
