Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in international dispute resolution, litigation or contentious regulatory matters.
• Experience coordinating external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven litigation strategy, dispute prevention and risk management abilities.
• Excellent English and French, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Act as central legal coordinator for significant litigation across geographies.
• Provide strategic legal advice on high-risk disputes and investigations.
• Oversee M&A-related litigation and coordinate with local teams and external counsel.
• Develop and implement coherent litigation strategies with local teams.
