Pernod Ricard in Paris seeks a Global Corporate Strategy & M&A Senior Manager to shape the group’s strategic priorities and drive end-to-end deal execution. Based at The Island in central Paris, you will work with the Group Finance team and external advisors to build business cases, valuation models and strategic rationale for senior management.

• Postgraduate degree required in finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in investment banking, consulting or Big Four transaction services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in French and English.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects internationally.
• Autonomous in preparing materials, models and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement Pernod Ricard's corporate strategy and M&A agenda.
• Lead end-to-end transactions with due diligence and stakeholder coordination.
• Build financial models, valuation work and strategic rationale.
• Prepare recommendations for senior management and governance bodies.
• Support transition, integration or separation plans and post-close follow-ups.
• Interact with CFOs, bankers, tax, legal and HR teams globally.
