Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Corporate Strategy & M&A Senior Manager based in Paris. You will shape corporate strategy, manage end‑to‑end deal processes, and provide fact‑based recommendations to senior leadership on M&A opportunities.

You will coordinate with tax, legal, HR and external advisers, travel globally (up to 20%), and influence governance bodies with strategic analyses and business cases.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or Big Four transaction services.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to grasp the big picture.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French; coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the Group’s M&A priorities, target universe and strategic focus areas.
• Lead in-depth assessments of potential transactions with financial models and valuations.
• Prepare recommendations and value drivers for senior management and governance bodies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end deal execution: due diligence, cross‑functional coordination and deal structuring.
