74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, seeks a Senior Leader to head Leadership & Talent Development within the Global CoE. You will design, deliver, and optimize leadership programs and drive talent processes across regions, collaborating with business leaders and HRBPs to strengthen capability.

You will manage partnerships with external vendors, leverage Workday for talent workflows, and use data analytics to inform succession planning and development.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of leadership development or talent management experience.
• Experience managing global programs and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end global talent processes and assessment tools.
• Experience with external vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Employee-centric, user-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of leadership development programs.
• Drive global talent processes including calibration and succession planning.
• Implement talent processes within Workday.
• Use data analytics to inform talent decisions and development planning.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to embed talent strategy.
