LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking an HR intern to support early-career talent initiatives across a highly international, matrixed environment. You will gain exposure to development programs, events, HR communication, and community activities within the Beauty Division.

Start: January 2027 • Duration: 6 months • Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine. This role develops coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills across Maisons and regions.

Qualifications

• Master 2 student with strong interest in HR and the luxury sector.
• Fluent English required; French at least intermediate level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to manage several topics in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment of early-career Talent initiatives, including development programs, events, HR communication, and community activities.
• Help improve existing programs through candidate experience, HR systems, provider coordination, planning, and feedback analysis.
• Coordinate parts of the Talent Development agenda, including meetings and events with Maisons, regions, and Group teams.
• Contribute to sharing best practices across Maisons and support benchmark and mapping exercises.
• Support Talent Development projects within the Beauty Division HR roadmap, including employer attractiveness, data, and AI initiatives.
• Help animate stakeholder communities and committees (graduates, mentors, managers, HR teams).
• Work with internal and external partners to keep projects aligned with timelines and LVMH standards.
• Support day-to-day team operations, including reporting, KPI tracking, scheduling, database updates, surveys, HR admin, and PowerPoint presentations.
