CEVA Logistics seeks a Global Learning & Development Manager to shape the global L&D strategy and deliver scalable programmes across regions. You will partner with business leaders and HR, driving learning that aligns with performance and growth at a worldwide level.

Responsibilities include governance, project leadership, and optimizing LMS/TMS platforms, with a focus on data-driven outcomes and future-ready pedagogy. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Management.
• Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsabilités

• Bring the global L&D strategy to life across the organisation.
• Translate business priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programmes.
• Lead major L&D initiatives and projects with strong governance and ROI.
• Animate and connect the global L&D community across regions and products.
• Define and track L&D KPIs and measure learning impact on business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of learning initiatives globally and ensure quality/compliance.
