Job summary

DNP Photo Imaging Europe, part of DNP Japan, seeks an International Sales Manager to lead and grow international direct customers, distributors, and OEM partners under the Senior International Direct Sales Manager.

You will drive strategic account plans, business development, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and our overseas teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of international sales, key account management, or business development experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Strong business English communication skills.
• Structured and analytical thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present information to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
• Act as primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Business Reviews.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
• Participate in international trade shows and events.
• Support new product launches and commercial initiatives; achieve sales objectives.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements within delegated authority.
• Monitor customer performance and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews.
• Coordinate activities with Japan Headquarters and overseas subsidiaries.
