DNP Imaging Photo Europe, a subsidiary of DNP Japan, is seeking an International Sales Manager to lead strategic account management and business development for international direct customers, distributors, and OEM partners. You will support growth by delivering reliable analysis, commercial recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration with Japan Headquarters and regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum five years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment.
Knowledge of technical B2B products is an advantage.
Structured and analytical thinking.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong business English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Act as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Business Reviews.
Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
Prospect and develop new strategic accounts.
Participate in international trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions.
Support new product launches and commercial initiatives.
Achieve agreed sales objectives.
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing recommendations.
Negotiate commercial agreements within delegated authority.
Monitor customer performance and profitability.
Implement corrective actions when required.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews.
Coordinate activities with Japan Headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Technical Support, Finance, and Legal.
Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
