The role requires a Master’s in Marketing/PM/DT and 5+ years in related fields within financial services or insurance ecosystems, plus proactive collaboration across teams and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing, project management, digital transformation or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing project management, transformation, or product/service development.
• Strong knowledge of the Regional Banks and Crédit Agricole ecosystem.
• Ability to independently manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to connect strategic vision, customer experience, business priorities and operational implementation.
• Proactive, with initiative and drive to progress projects.

Responsabilités

• Design and enhance products and services, customer journeys, and operational frameworks to address strategic priorities, customer expectations, and market developments.
• Lead complex projects end to end by coordinating all stakeholders, including scoping, governance, roadmap development, decision-making, deployment, and change management.
• Redesign and optimize processes, customer journeys, and operating models to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Ensure robust frameworks by incorporating regulatory, compliance, customer protection, and risk management requirements from the design stage onward.
• Turn data into actionable decisions through performance monitoring, usage analysis, and monitoring of market developments and industry practices.
• Work with the Regional Banks, User Divisions, Crédit Agricole Technologies and Services, and business teams.
• Support the transformation of ancillary financial services activities and help evolve the entire value chain.
