Jobtailor seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive complex, multi-functional change across finance, supply chain, HR, IT and marketing. You will guide ERP/CRM implementations, oversee governance, and manage budgets, timelines and risks to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in consulting and/or transformation/ internal consulting.
• Strong command of the project life cycle and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead operational, digital, and organizational transformation projects.
• Oversee redesign of key processes across finance, supply chain, HR, IT, and marketing.
• Support implementation of technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, and collaborative tools.
• Identify innovation opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and manage calls for tender.
