Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in IT Governance & Business/Product Transformation for Master’s students. Compensation is €1700 per month.

This is a hands-on role within the CIO Office, offering exposure to global tech teams and enterprise-grade IT initiatives. You will support strategic IT transformation, work across business units and a global community of 2,000 tech experts representing 80 nationalities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical rigour and structured communication.
• Interest in enterprise technology and IT governance.
• Fluent English and French for international collaboration.
• Experience coordinating timelines and deliverables in projects.

Responsibilities

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to drive IT efficiency.
• Build KPI dashboards and leadership presentations.
• Track projects, timelines, and milestone reviews across roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Explore AI use cases to optimize IT governance and workflows.
