L’Oréal Groupe is offering a Supply Chain internship in Paris. You will join the SC team to analyze processes, model scenarios, and support digitalization and innovation projects. Fluency in English and French, strong Excel, and data visualization skills are essential.

Remuneration is €1,700 per month with 75% public transport coverage, one remote day per week, and paid leave. This paid internship provides hands-on experience across multiple brands and functions.

Qualifications

• Master 1 or Master 2 in engineering, business, or university programs.
• Strong analytical specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English and French; high Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes across flows from forecasting to delivery.
• Support deployment of automation and digitalization projects in SC.
• Collect and interpret operational data to build dashboards and reports.
• Model scenarios to assess demand and capacity impacts on the supply chain.
• Identify best practices in SC innovation (IoT, AI, robotics, blockchain).
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams.

Your missions

Responsibilities

As a member of the Supply Chain team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:

• Supply Chain process analysis and optimization: You will identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in our logistics flows, from sales forecasting to customer delivery, by proposing concrete solutions.
• Innovation and transformation project management: You will contribute to the deployment of new technologies, automation solutions, or digitalization projects within the Supply Chain, by coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress.
• Data analysis and performance reporting: You will collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (stock, lead time, costs, service levels) to develop dashboards and reports enabling effective performance management.
• Scenario modeling and simulation: You will use analytical tools to simulate the impact of different scenarios (demand variations, new production capacities) on the supply chain and optimize decision-making.
• Technology watch and identification of best practices: You will explore Supply Chain innovations (IoT, AI, robotics, blockchain) and industry best practices to fuel our strategic thinking.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with Operations, Production, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams to ensure initiative alignment and successful project execution.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (engineering school, business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent mastery of Excel
• Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for data analysis
