Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month IT Governance & Business/Product Transformation internship starting January 2027 in Paris. You will be part of the Group CIO Office, supporting strategic IT transformation and collaborating with a global community of 2,000 tech experts across 80 nationalities.

You will map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, build KPI dashboards, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams in an agile setup, and explore AI use cases to optimize governance and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree with a 6-month internship commitment.
• Strong analytical rigour and structured communication.
• Interest in enterprise technology and IT governance.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to drive digital and IT efficiency.
• Build KPI dashboards and strategic presentations for leadership.
• Track projects, timelines and milestone reviews.
